Call Me Cinderella—I’m Counting Down to Ana Incardi’s Emporium

Hello readers, friends, and fellow travelers,

I am currently waiting for the clock to strike twelve. Am I Cinderella, or am I just counting down the minutes until Ana Incardi’s Emporium opens? Honestly, probably the latter.

I hope you’re reading this blog while listening to Noah Kahan’s Maine. It just feels too fitting.

One of the perks of being a local here in Portland, Maine, is getting to experience events like this on day one. Even better? I happen to have today off, so I’ll be there when the doors open, ready to see what Ana has created.

So, what exactly is the Emporium?

Truthfully, we don’t know much—and I think that’s part of the fun. Ana has shared only a handful of details, keeping most of the experience a surprise. The mystery has only made the excitement grow, with locals and fans eagerly waiting to see what she’ll unveil.

Here’s what we know so far:

  • Two-week pop-up in Portland, Maine
  • Location: 51 Washington Ave, Portland, Maine
  • Dates: July 17–29
  • Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • ADA accessible
  • No pets (service dogs are welcome)
  • Parking: Limited street parking with paid lots nearby
  • No tickets required. An Eventbrite page was available to help estimate attendance.
  • Online drop coming later this summer, so don’t worry if you can’t make it in person.
  • Pro tip: Join one of the Ana Incardi trading Facebook groups! I’ve already found some of my ISOs through trading.
  • 20 print machines featuring rare out-of-circulation (OOC) prints, brand-new releases, and some familiar favorites.
  • Merch on merch! If you’re hoping to stock up, it sounds like there will be plenty.

As I wait for opening time, I’m fueling up with a coffee and a bagel at one of my favorite Portland spots, Forage. If you’re planning to visit the Emporium this week, I highly recommend stopping there first.

One tip, though: order online.

Unless, of course, you enjoy waiting in a line that looks like this…

I plan on writing another blog after my visit today with all my tips, what the Emporium is really like, and whether it’s worth the trip. I’ve also heard there’s a scavenger hunt, which has me even more excited!

In the meantime, if you’re planning your visit to the Emporium, be sure to check out some of my other Portland, Maine blogs for recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and how to make the most of your trip.

Stay tuned for future blogs covering my adventure at the Incardi Emporium! To keep up with all things travel, nursing, and Flicks with Nick movie reviews, be sure to follow along on Instagram and subscribe to the blog. I can’t wait to share photos and behind-the-scenes moments from the Emporium on my Instagram Stories!
